Support for Hyperactive Inc. is integrated into your billing and support interface at https://portal.hyperactivehosting.com

**note if you are already logged into this address and viewing this article, start with step 4.**

3. Log in using the username and password provided to you in your Welcome E-mail

4. Click "Submit Ticket" in the right hand navigation menu.

5. Click the department you think the ticket most accurately fits.

6. Fill in the Subject line of the ticket.

7. Select the urgency, (please do not abuse)

8. Select the related service, for instance select your hosting account from the drop down if its related to your hosting account, and select your domain registration if it is a domain registration issue, etc.

9. Fill in as many details as possible in the ticket itself, there is never too much information to help you, though more often than not, there is too little info. Saying "my website is broken", is a bad idea. Saying any and all error messages, giving us exact URL's to see the error, any login and passwords we might use all will help you get your issue resolved faster.

Our CEO, Clifton Murphy takes your support very seriously and holds all members of the support staff accountable. In the event you are not responded to within 12 hours of a ticket being submitted, please call our CEO, Clifton Murphy via personal cell phone at 252-933-4840. Please do not under any circumstances call this number without a 12 hour old ticket in the system, which has yet to be answered. In any event, since he will not recognize your number, it is possible that he will not answer the call, however, leave a voice mail with your ticket ID#, phone number and name, and he will see to it that your ticket is replied to asap. Failure to leave ticket ID#, phone number and your name is the same as not leaving a message at all.
