Hyperactive offers all hosting resellers custom nameservers. such as,

This allows us to remain completely anonymous to your clients. to set this up, set the name servers for your hosting companies website to:
ns1.hyperactivehosting.com
ns2.hyperactivehosting.com
ns3.hyperactivehosting.com
ns4.hyperactivehosting.com
Hyperactive automatically sets up custom name serfvers for you to use when you sign up for a reseller hosting account. You will get the name servers, and thier IP addresses in your reseller welcome email. The only thing you need to do is log into your registrar, and "register" these nameservers so that they are authoritative for your clients domains. You will need to contact your registrar and ask them to "register your nameservers. Once that is done you can give your customers your name servers, instead of ours.
For Plesk Resellers (for WHM users, see above)

This allows us to remain completely anonymous to your clients. to set this up, make sure you have created your hosting companies website in plesk or cpanel. Set the name servers for your hostig companies website to:
ns1.hyperactivehosting.com
ns2.hyperactivehosting.com
ns3.hyperactivehosting.com
ns4.hyperactivehosting.com
Then create ns1.yourdomain.com as a sub-domain under your hosting company domain in your Cpanel or Plesk. This means that your ns1 IP address will be the same as the IP you have put your hosting company website on.
Next create a stand alone domain called ns2.yourdomain.com in your control panel. Assign it an IP address different to that of your main hosting company website. This is to ensure there are no DNS red flags for hosting mutiple DNS Nameservers on the same IP.
If you are out of IP Addresses to put new domains on, you may order a new IP address by submitting a ticket to the "Pre-Sales" department in our support system. Your new IP will be provisioned, and added to your panel for use. IP Addresses for resellers are $2.00 per month, and when you request the IP this charge will be added to your account.
Once you have ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com setup in Plesk or Cpanel, go to your registrar for yourdomain.com and "register nameservers" for that domain. Note, this is not the same as setting what nameservers your hosting company website points to as those should be pointed at our nameservers. However, you must register nameservers for your domain at your registrar. This allows you to give ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com to your clients to use as thier nameservers. If you need assistance registering nameservers for your hosting company, please consult technical support at your registrar, as Hyperactive Inc. cannot help you with this.
