| To have your domain hosted with us you need to follow Three possible scenarios.
SCENARIO 1 - Have Hyperactive Do It All!
1. Submit a support ticket to the "Hosting Support" department requesting we do all the work. This is not the fastest method, as it will depend on available man power and time. However, if you dont mind it taking a day or two to complete, and your not technically savvy, this may be the option for you! This option is only available for up to 3 domains. Additional domains, if you choose, will be billed $30 each for us to migrate them for you.
SCENARIO 2 - Transfer Registrars
This is for those who have decided to host with Hyperactive and would ALSO like us to be the registrar of your domain names.
1. Login to your current registrar, remove the registrar lock.
2. Go to our website and and order a hosting plan. **existing customers see below**
2.a. Select "Transfer my existing domain" while ordering your hosting account.
EXISTING CUSTOMERS----------------------------------------------------------------
Existing customers wishing to host additional domain names under their account should do the following.
1. Submit a domain transfer request here, by logging into https://portal.hyperactivehosting.com then click "Order" on the right navigation menu, then click "Transfer Domain", then enter your domain name and click "Check Availability".

SCENARIO 3 - Update your nameservers only
This scenario is for those wishing to keep their current registrar and just host with us.
1. Login to your current registrar and change the nameserver addresses from your hosts to ours. Your name server addresses are on your Hyperactive welcome email and if you cannot find it, please submit a ticket requesting your nameservers and we will resend a copy of your welcome email.

IN BOTH OF THE ABOVE SCENARIOS, YOU WILL NEED TO ALSO COMPLETE THESE STEPS TO PROPERLY HOST IT WITH HYPERACTIVE

1. Log in to your Plesk or Cpanel hosting panel.
2. Create the domain you want to move to us in your control panel, or submit a support ticket requesting we do this. *this sets up the physical hosting account* **new customers, this is automatic on the domain name you sign up for service with**
3. Move your files from your previous host to your account you just created in your control panel. Since you wont be able to FTP your files using the domain name as the address, instead use the IP address in your welcome email. Or submit a ticket requesting we do this.
All of this can be done for you on request by Hyperactive Staff. In the case you would like us to perform the migration, there will be NO CHARGE for this, for new customers. to start this process, sign up for hosting with us, and submit a ticket to "Hosting Support" department requesting the transfer. Hyperactive will not be able to complete the changes at your registrar but can offer assistance with this if needed.
