We recommend doing a reboot at least once per month. Servers are just computers, you would not leave your computer on for months straight without a single reboot, so the same rules apply for servers. You can reboot your server anytime by clicking "Graceful Server Reboot" in WHM, or feel free to open a ticket requesting we reboot the server for you. You will see a great increase in performance when rebooting at least once per month as opposed to leaving the server up for months straight without any reboots.
