If you registered your domain at another registrar, you will need to contact their technical support department for instructions.

If however, Hyperactive is your registar, follow thes instructions;

Hyperactive offers all customers who register domains through us a custom control panel to manage all of their domain registrar and host records. This should not be confused with your hosting control panel such as Plesk or Cpanel.

This prevents you from having to transfer the domains before your purchased registration time is up, but still allows you to make your own DNS changes if needed. Most domain registration companies and hosting companies charge a one year registration to "Transfer" your domain to them. Hence it is best to leave your domain with us until it comes close to time for it to expire as you will lose any time left on your registration if you "transfer" the domain from us to another registrar.

A current list of all domains currently in our system for you may be obtained by:
1. logging in to the billing/support system at https://portal.hyperactivehosting.com
2. Mouse over "My Domains" in the navigation header
3. Click "My Domains"

To manage your domains, including making DNS changes:
1. Login to https://portal.hyperactivehosting.com.
2. Click "My Domains" from the header navigation menu.
3. Select any domain listed to update contact info, remove or enable registrar lock, obtain your EPP Transfer code, change DNS name servers and more.
