Network Outage Affecting some users

We're currently experiencing a network outage at our datacenter which is affecting multiple shared and VPS servers. We're working closely with them to get this corrected as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Update 10:37am:
There is a router down in The Planet's D6 datacenter and they're currently working on getting it back up. We have no ETA at this time.
Update 10:48am:
The extremely high volume of phone calls we are receiving is overloading our phone system. Please contact us through chat support at this time.
